Our mission as the Ushers Ministry is to create a sense of belonging and inclusivity within the parish. We strive to enhance the worship experience by providing assistance, guidance, and a friendly presence to all who come to worship at St. Dominic Delhi Parish.
What We Do
As ushers, we understand the importance of creating a positive first impression for those who step foot into our church. We warmly greet everyone, offer assistance in finding seating, provide information about the parish, and assist with any special needs or concerns. Our aim is to ensure that each individual feels valued and comfortable during their time with us.
During liturgical services, our ushers play a vital role in maintaining order and smooth operations. We coordinate the seating arrangement, assist with the collection of offerings, distribute bulletins, coordinate the offertory procession, and direct the flow of communicants during Holy Communion. Our knowledge and expertise help to uphold the reverence and solemnity of each Mass.
